Haptik is India's largest chatbot company funded by Times Internet. They have built about 1000 chatbots for various verticals including BFSI, Utility, E-commerce, Telecom etc. Haptik has a huge user base, which was also featured as Top Mobile App on Google Play Store. Haptik was looking to take the Mobile Recharge payments in-house from a third-party provider, since the service provider was going to shut its services soon. Fafadia Tech was roped in as a consulting and service provider for this task. Fafadia Tech then worked closely with the Haptik’s tech team to reverse engineer the APIs provided by the previous service provider and implemented the APIs in Python/Django. Fafadia Tech also provided Dashboard for Haptik to have a better visibility of their recharge operations.
Fafadia Tech implemented the project end-to-end from reverse engineering to Production support for one of high revenue generating components of Haptik. Haptik was happy with Fafadia Tech’s experienced team members who went out of their way for successful implementation of the project.For example, Fafadia Tech’s team had to Crawl and Scrape the web for Mobile Recharge Plans, since there was no API or database of these plans available off the shelf.
