Support
  • Business Consulting
    • As-is-state: We sit with the client to understand their Business Process and their current Standard Operating Procedure
    • Pain points: We try to understand what are the pain points and prioritise them
    • To-be-state: We suggest a Standard Operating Procedure using the ERP which can potentially solve the pain points for the client. The key here is
      1. Introduce redundancies in the workflow to avoid deviation from the agreed Standard Operating Procedure
      2. Record what measures and automate the Reporting of Key Performance Indices (KPI)
  • Conference room Pilot: In this stage, we get in a Conference Room with all key stakeholders and Executives, do a dry run of the business cycle to verify if the proposed solution serves the purpose
  • Implementation Plan: Once the solution is found feasible and serving the purpose by resolving the pain points of client, implementation of the ERP system starts
    • Data Migration: Data is migrated from Legacy systems. Opening Accounting and Inventory Balance is the most important data to migrate to the new system which serves as a baseline.
    • Training: Training is provided to make the Client confident enough of using the system to perform daily operations and pull out necessary reports
    • Hand-over: After a parallel run for about 2 weeks, the old system is deprecated and new system is used to run operations
  • Support: Support is provided for technical issues and functional questions that might come-up in due course
